My Sketching Brushes are finally here!

These brushes are a compilation of all the sketching attitudes and styles I have in my sketch-work. I use these brushes for my realistic figure drawings, my Miyazaki style sketches or for my really rough Disney style animation drafting style. Drafting is my favorite type of sketching so I'm not drawn to line art that is too clean or without working lines. The drafting sketches, which come in the biggest sizes, work best to create a nice bed of rough lines for the cleaner top layer that follows. 

They range from clean animation worthy lines to rough drafting and loose forms.

Though they are versatile in all sizes, I preset them all to be used in their intended size, which brings out their core style, so don't be too tempted to change the size until you've tried them first! 

I do encourage you to really explore what the can do in different sizes once you've felt out the brushes and matched them to your hand weight and line attitude. 

Try to work in the size I set them in, which looks best on 3000 by 3000 pixel canvas. 

My favorite of the bunch is the Thick Light Press Sketch. It has a wonderful consistency, a very generous texture feed and a really pretty tail texture that tapers in both opacity and size.
